{"id":31171,"date":"2019-07-18T08:44:03","date_gmt":"2019-07-18T13:44:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/?p=31171"},"modified":"2023-05-19T20:40:27","modified_gmt":"2023-05-19T20:40:27","slug":"como-conectar-un-sensor-de-temperatura-infrarrojo-a-un-display","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/como-conectar-un-sensor-de-temperatura-infrarrojo-a-un-display\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo conectar un sensor de temperatura infrarrojo a un display"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para realizar esta configuraci\u00f3n se requiere:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-El sensor infrarrojo de <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/tienda.logicbus.com.mx\/PE21LT_p_8885.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PE21LT<\/a><\/span> con configuraci\u00f3n de emisividad y resoluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica de 2:1 y rango de temperatura de -20\u00b0C a 100\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-El display <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/tienda.logicbus.com.mx\/S311A-4-H_p_13096.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">S311A-4-H<\/a><\/span> con pantalla de 4 d\u00edgitos\/ entrada an\u00e1loga universal (V\/ mA\/ PT100\/ Termopar)\/ 14bits de resoluci\u00f3n y alimentaci\u00f3n de 80 a 265Vac.<\/p>\n<p>El principio que seguiremos es el de la captura de una se\u00f1al anal\u00f3gica directamente al display.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.- Conectamos las terminales del sensor hacia las terminales a tornillo del display donde PWR+ y PWR- sirven tanto para energizar el sensor como para tomar la lectura anal\u00f3gica de 4-20mA y un puente entre el conector 07 y 08, (como dato t\u00e9cnico IP+ e IP- son para el c\u00e1lculo de punto frio en caso de requerirlo):<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31178\" src=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142614.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"562\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142614.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142614-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142614-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142614-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.- Conectamos un cable de energ\u00eda a las terminales del display, con ello daremos energ\u00eda (120VCA) al display tal cual se muestra en la siguiente imagen:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31179\" src=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142712.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"562\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142712.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142712-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142712-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190626_142712-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.- Una vez conectado todo energizamos conectando el contacto a la toma el\u00e9ctrica convencional. El display al tener una se\u00f1al de entrada va a reconocer de manera autom\u00e1tica el tipo de se\u00f1al. Queda \u00fanicamente configurar la escala a la que queremos visualizar la se\u00f1al y comenzar a tomar datos:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31184\" justify;\">3.1.- Esta configuraci\u00f3n es \u00fanicamente para visualizar datos en la pantalla, si usted quiere retransmitir la se\u00f1al a un PLC o a una tarjeta de adquisici\u00f3n de datos\u00a0 puede optar por el display <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.logicbus.com.mx\/S311A-6-H-O_p_13101.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">S311A-6-H-O<\/span><\/a> que adem\u00e1s de retransmitir la se\u00f1al tiene 2 salidas a relevador para alarmas o actuadores.<\/p>\n<p>El sensor tiene un protector removible en la parte frontal que, si se deja en el sensor
