Suena muy sencillo, y su comportamiento lo es a\u00fan m\u00e1s, ya que se compone de dos metales diferentes, unidos en un extremo. Cuando tenemos un calentamiento en la junta de medici\u00f3n, esto provoca una <a href=\"https:\/\/fisicabasica.org\/electricidad\/que-es-la-tension-electrica\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">tensi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica<\/a>, la cual, es aproximadamente proporcional a la temperatura. Esto es debido a dos factores:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La densidad de electrodos diferentes de los dos materiales<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La diferencia de temperaturas entre punto caliente y punto frio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-34682 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image9-300x134.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"412\" height=\"184\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image9-300x134.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image9-1024x459.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image9-768x344.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image9-20x10.jpg 20w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image9.jpg 1341w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 412px) 100vw, 412px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un Termopar no mide la temperatura absoluta, si no que mide la temperatura diferencial entre la junta caliente (Hot Junction) y la junta fr\u00eda (Cold Junction).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De igual manera se puede ilustrar como un circuito termoel\u00e9ctrico que contenga dos uniones correspondientes a los metales distintos de uni\u00f3n, que para este ejemple ser\u00e1n Metal A y Metal B. Los alambres de los Metales Ay B forman uniones a diferentes temperaturas T1 yT2, lo que resulta en un potencial V (fem) que es posible medir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El voltaje del Termopar es directamente proporcional a la diferencia de temperaturas de la uni\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><i>V = \u03b1(T<\/i><i>1<\/i><i>\u00a0&#8211; T<\/i><i>2<\/i><i>)<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donde <\/span><strong><i>\u03b1 <\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se llama coeficiente de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electricity-magnetism.org\/es\/efecto-seebeck-coeficiente-de-seebeck\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Seebeck<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-34683 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image8-300x160.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"321\" height=\"171\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image8-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image8-20x10.jpg 20w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image8-30x17.jpg 30w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image8-75x40.jpg 75w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image8.jpg 425w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 321px) 100vw, 321px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunas consideraciones a tomar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si ambas uniones est\u00e1n a la misma temperatura, no existe una fem neta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la temperatura de las uniones es diferente, si se produce una fem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El voltaje o fem del Termopar depende de las propiedades met\u00e1licas del Metal A y B y la diferencia entre temperaturas de uni\u00f3n\u00a0 T1 y T2.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Tipos de Termopar<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los termopares est\u00e1n disponibles en diferentes combinaciones de metales o calibraciones para adaptarse a diferentes aplicaciones. Adicionalmente, los tipos de termopar tienen diferentes tipos\u00a0 de compatibilidad con las diferentes atmosferas. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tipo K (Cromel\/Alumen)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Termopar tipo K es el m\u00e1s popular debido a su gran rango de temperatura y su bajo costo, tiene un rango de temperatura de 0 a +1317 \u00b0C(2400\u00b0F), se recomienda utilizar hasta temperaturas de 1150\u00b0C(2100\u00b0F). Tiene una sensibilidad entre 41 a 42 \u00b5V\/\u00b0C aproximadamente y una precisi\u00f3n de \u00b10.7 \u00b0C. C\u00f3digo de color: Amarillo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-34684 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image11-300x80.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"409\" height=\"109\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image11-300x80.png 300w, https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image11.png 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 409px) 100vw, 409px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tipo J (Hierro\/Constant\u00e1n)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Termopar tipo J tiene un rango de temperatura de -270 a +1200 \u00b0C (-450 a 2190 \u00b0F) , se recomienda utilizar en un rango de temperaturas entre -18 a 872\u00b0C (0\u00b0F a 1600 \u00b0F). Al usar en temperaturas superiores de 542 \u00b0C (1000 \u00b0F) el \u00edndice de oxidaci\u00f3n aumenta con gran rapidez. Tiene una sensibilidad entre 53 a 54 \u00b5V\/\u00b0C aproximadamente y una precisi\u00f3n de \u00b10.1 \u00b0C. C\u00f3digo de color: Negro<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-34685 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"419\" height=\"60\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipo T (Cobre\/Constant\u00e1n)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Termopar tipo T tiene un rango de temperatura de -200 a 400 \u00b0C (-320 a 750\u00b0F), se recomienda utilizar en un rango entre -185 a 298 \u00b0C (-300 \u00b0F a 600 \u00b0F) y con una sensbilidad entre 43 a 49 \u00b5V\/\u00b0C aproximadamente y una precisi\u00f3n de \u00b10.5 \u00b0C. Tiene una sensibilidad entre 68 a 79 \u00b5V\/\u00b0C aproximadamente y una precisi\u00f3n de \u00b10.5 \u00b0C. C\u00f3digo de color: P\u00farpura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-34687 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.logicbus.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"423\" height=\"62\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tipo N (Nicrosil\/Nisil)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Termopar tipo N tiene un rango de temperatura de -200 a 1300 \u00b0C (-320 a 2370 \u00b0F), es adecuado para mediciones de alta temperatura debido a su elevada estabilidad y resistencia a la oxidaci\u00f3n de altas temperaturas.
