UEIPAC 300-1G |
GigE, Linux-based Programmable Automation Controller Cube with 3 I/O slots |
The UEIPAC 300-1G offers an unprecedented combination of flexibility, high performance, low cost and small size. The unit is an ideal solution in a wide variety of measurement and
control applications including: Temperature control, Remote vehicle control (UAV and ULV), Hardware in-the-loop (HIL) and more. The UEIPAC is also an ideal solution for a host of embedded DAQ applications as it allows systems to be developed without the cost, or the additional space required by an external host computer.
Each UEIPAC 300-1G Cube contains the PowerPC processor preloaded with the a standard Linux operating system (currently 2.6.x). It also contains dual Gigabit Ethernet NIC ports, serial port, inter-cube sync interface and 3 I/O slots. Configure your PAC by selecting the I/O boards required to match your application. With over 30 different I/O boards available, there’s sure to be a configuration to meet your needs.
Write your application in C on a Linux PC, or use the Cygwin environment on a Windows PC. The UEIPAC API is identical to our standard PowerDNA API, making it simple to port slaved/hosted applications based on PowerDNA cubes to the UEIPAC 300-1G. |
